Hattiesburg Vacation.

For a much needed vacation, we decided to go see family in Hattiesburg, MS. My aunt Vicki offered for us to stay with her. We got to visit with Vicki, my cousin Holly and her husband, and their little boy Brady. This was our first long trip with Aidan, with the exception of the evacuation of the hurricane. The town was really pretty and there were hills everywhere. Vicki's house sat on a huge hill that Aidan loved! We spent a few days just exploring the town and visiting with everyone. We did have to check out the zoo and drove by the gate to Brett Favre's house. The zoo had a train ride that would take you around the animals. Aidan enjoyed the ride. We also got to stay at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi, MS for two days. The casino was nice! The last night we were there we ate at this place called, Jia. They cook the food right at your table and the food was excellent! We had a great time on our trip, but were glad to get home to our normal routine. Aidan ended up with a cold on the return trip home and passed it to me and then to Tom. We all are feeling well now.

By the way, while we were at Vicki's house Aidan said "Who let the dogs out" for the first time. This is a song that I have sung during the diaper changes. He also said "cheese." Since we have been home he now says thank you, who's that, and love you. Tom also has been playing football with him and he now acts like he is going for a touchdown. He will say 1 2 3 hut, hut. It is so funny to watch. He is growing up so fast!
